 Prosperity’s Premier Eating Disorder Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) provides comprehensive, evidence-based treatment for all genders, ages, and types of eating disorders. The program is tailored to each individual’s unique needs, strengths, and interests.

The IOP serves as an excellent transition from higher levels of care or as a supplement to outpatient therapy. It operates three to five days/nights per week, offering three flexible time slots: 8 am-11 am, 12 pm-3 pm, and 5 pm-8 pm.

Treatment includes:

• One to two hours of group therapy and one to two meal supports daily

• Individual and nutrition counseling by skilled eating disorder specialists

• Weekly  family support groups

This structured program aims to support clients in their journey to full recovery, providing a comprehensive approach to eating disorder treatment

We offer a hybrid eating disorder model:

• Customizable 3-5 day program days 
• Combine daytime and evening options

Adult IOP is 18+ In Person in Herndon and Norfolk. Teen IOP is for ages 10 – 17 years old. 

Options:

1) 8 am-11 am

2) 12 pm- 3 pm

3) 5 pm -8 pm.
