Support During the COVID-19 Crisis
Our Ongoing Support For Our Clients During the COVID-19 Crisis
Prosperity Eating Disorders & Wellness Centers know the importance of continuity of care – perhaps now more than ever. Eating disorders do not take a break, go on vacation, or stop for COVID – 19.
As such, we will continue to provide essential mental health treatment for clients at the standard you have come to expect from us:
We are here for our patients. We are currently accepting admissions for both our Partial Hospitalization Program as well as our Intensive Outpatient program for adolescents and adults.
We have transitioned to Virtual Intensive Outpatient Services (Virtual IOP)*. We have rolled out Virtual IOP to clients enrolled in our IOP level of care, inclusive of Eating Disorder, Mood & Anxiety and Binge Eating Disorder programs. We will also be enrolling all NEW patients seeking IOP care into Virtual IOP.
We have transitioned to Virtual Partial Hospitalization Services (Virtual PHP)*. We also rolled out Virtual PHP to clients enrolled in our PHP level of care, inclusive of Eating Disorder, Mood & Anxiety and Binge Eating Disorder programs. We will also be enrolling all NEW patients seeking PHP care into Virtual PHP.
Clients shifting to virtual programming will receive the same evidence-based treatment we provided on-site. Virtual services are supervised by our in-house team of licensed, experienced professionals; clients will continue the individual work they have been doing with their primary therapist and dietitian. All group sessions, as well as individual sessions will be confidential and secure.
We are working with insurance providers to secure coverage for virtual services.
Our dedicated full-time team of clinicians, dietitians, psychiatrists and client support specialists are working diligently to ensure we are available to all of our clients during this crucial time.
Our phones are forwarded to our Client Support Specialist who are also working remotely from home at this time. If you have experienced any difficulties getting in touch with us, please use the information listed below:
